Sena Financial Services is a growing Intermediary and Financial Advisory Services company specialising in COID administration and distribution of Value-added Life Insurance Products.

Purpose of the job

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and experienced Marketing Assistant to support the CEO in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Key Duties

  • Compiling and distributing information such as websites and social media analytics.
  • Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages.
  • Analyzing questionnaires and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Writing marketing and website content.
  • Organizing presentations and events.
  • Initiate promotional activities.
  • Generating Sales leads and new business opportunities for Sena.
  • Liaising with customers and external agencies.
  • Coordinating and conducting our Consumer Education programs.
  • Marketing our COIDA Consumer/Training program to corporate clients, Brokers and Potential distribution partners.
  • Creating and managing our Consumer Education Schedules.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person training/ Consumer Education Sessions.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Conduct general bookkeeping including but not limited to bank reconciliations, invoicing and generating monthly reports.

  • Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, assessing and analyzing data.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier) is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
