Sena Financial Services is a growing Intermediary and Financial Advisory Services company specialising in COID administration and distribution of Value-added Life Insurance Products.
Purpose of the job
We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and experienced Marketing Assistant to support the CEO in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Key Duties
- Compiling and distributing information such as websites and social media analytics.
- Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages.
- Analyzing questionnaires and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Writing marketing and website content.
- Organizing presentations and events.
- Initiate promotional activities.
- Generating Sales leads and new business opportunities for Sena.
- Liaising with customers and external agencies.
- Coordinating and conducting our Consumer Education programs.
- Marketing our COIDA Consumer/Training program to corporate clients, Brokers and Potential distribution partners.
- Creating and managing our Consumer Education Schedules.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person training/ Consumer Education Sessions.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Conduct general bookkeeping including but not limited to bank reconciliations, invoicing and generating monthly reports.

- Ability to handle multiple assignments, assessing and analyzing data.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
