The service can be made available through mobile applications or websites to patients/users in need of medical interventions.

The Medical solution allows healthcare practitioners to connect with patients using a telehealth platform. A consultation could result in a sick note, a referral letter or an e-script.
How it works
Member initiated the consultation by contacting the contact centre. The nurse will triage the call and thereafter send the member an SMS link. The member will click on the link and will then be transferred to a virtual waiting room. The GP will conduct the consultation via skype/video call.
For any consultation that can be done virtually.
For renewal of chronic prescriptions where patient data is available to the General Practitioner For health advice.
